Another of our company’s features is the reprocessing of plastic parts. For these finishing processes, we built a separate hall with a production area of 1500 m2 in 2014. Our technologies, which we display in-house, specifically include:
- CNC milling
- Hot stamping
- Ultrasound welding
- Various bonding and seaming techniques
- Stamping systems
Naturally, if requested, Osbra will assume the assembly and installation task, including electrical and/or electronic functional testing of modules. Thanks to the extensive experience of our employees, we are able to optimise our own assembly processes and the targeted integration of specialist sub-contractors when it comes to quality, installation times and costs, all according to our customer’s specific needs.
Our customers also value efficient and reliable logistic management. As a system supplier, we guarantee JIT or JIS deliveries, both for components from our own production lines and those from our suppliers. We are also experts in all conventional EDI interfaces.
