Tool and mould construction

Our subsidiary Osbra Werkzeugbau GmbH is responsible for the tool making. Here, we combine tool design and the manufacture of high quality precision tools for volume production. We also produce prototypes and tools for small production runs, as well as production aids such as assembly and cooling teaching.

High quality is our priority. Our designers work with modern 3D-CAD systems, such as Siemens NX, CATIA, Cimatron, Tebis and are capable of handling all conventional CAD formats. Our tooling operation has modern, high quality CNC machining centres and measuring devices for making tools up to a size of 2700 x 1500 mm and a weight of up to 10 tonnes from aluminium or steel.
