At Osbra, every voice counts – which is why our management invited employees to an open discussion over lunch.

Employees from various departments met in a small, randomly selected group to talk in a relaxed atmosphere.

What was the focus?

Questions were asked, feedback shared, ideas openly put forward – directly in conversation with the management.

> Food and drinks were of course provided – the right basis for an open exchange at eye level.

> Participation was voluntary – and was met with great interest.
