As a result of the strong growth Osbra has put an additional injection moulding machine into operation. The new system is identical with the already existing from Krauss-Maffei and has a closing force of 1500 tons with an automatic linear robot for the part removal and magnetic chucks. The machine is also laid out for parts, which are produced in gas injection molding. On this machine plastic parts with a weight between 1,5 to 3,0 kg like wheel widenings, radiator grilles or battery covers will be made. Through the configuration of the injection moulding machine we can change tools quickly and also small production runs can be produced flexibly and efficiently.
