Together with AOK, we conducted an employee survey to gather valuable feedback. From January 29 to February 19, 2025, our employees had the opportunity to share their opinions on topics such as health, communication, collaboration, and working conditions – anonymously and voluntarily.

A total of 151 employees participated, contributing their valuable perspectives. Their feedback helps us further develop Osbra as a workplace and implement targeted improvements. Because only a strong team can achieve great things!
