Another Osbra feature is the manufacture of technical components from PU hard foam. This method is suitable in particular for producing high quality, complex geometry components. Our aluminium foaming tools also guarantee a high level of economy, even with low part counts. For our customers, we develop and produce high tensile element carriers, air intake pipes, air filter housings and air ducts, sometimes with part counts of fewer than 300 per year.
