From January 29 to February 19, 2025, our employees had the opportunity to share their opinions on topics such as health, communication, collaboration, and working conditions \u2013 anonymously and voluntarily.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"579\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A total of 151 employees participated, contributing their valuable perspectives. Their feedback helps us further develop Osbra as a workplace and implement targeted improvements.
