To optimise the deburring of PUR parts, Osbra put a sanding robot into operation. With the robot parts can be deburred, milled and/or sanded. This means a higher process reliability when finishing our parts and less manual work. Different contact pressures und difficult forms are no problem for the robot. Also the change of the abrasive material completes the robot autonomously. The first use of the robot deburring are rear spoilers.
