The Osbra GmbH acquires 100% shares of the Klaus Braunsberger GmbH to the date of 01. May 2018. The Klaus Braunsberger GmbH is specialized in the construction and production of highly precise tools for plastic parts made of polyurethane and has been a strategic partner of Osbra for more than 20 years. The acquisition gives Osbra direct access to the know-how and employees.

The Klaus Braunsberger GmbH will be continued as an independent subsidiary and still be available as a competent tool maker for external customers.
